Challenges: Ensuring the cleaning is delivered to the highest standards on a continual basis. Discussing changing needs with the customer and plan to make sure the expectations are met.
How we overcame this: We carry out regular visits to site and audits of all areas to ensure the cleaning standards are being maintained. Facilitating effective communication between the team and customer by being proactive and encouraging operatives to communicate any issues to line manager so these can be addressed straight away. Meeting with customer on site to discuss cleaning in general. Meeting customer to discuss deep cleans and special clean projects such as Summer and Easter deep cleans.
