Challenges: Providing quality services at short notice due to COVID 19 compliance requirements.

How we overcame this: Have had a great working relationship with them. The office managers have been really proactive and engaging. We have done a few deep cleans for them and they have got so used to them now that request them on a periodical basis. We are also supplying janitorial supplies for them and fitted 10 x hand gel dispensers in their offices during the 1st lockdown. They have requested a couple of decontamination cleans following any Covid related symptoms. We have been very responsive and have carried out the service within 24 hours of their request.
